A very spacious 2 room suite with a king size memory
foam bed, sofa, private bath, walk-in closet, and separate
private loft living room.  Due to its large size, this room
can accommodate an extra twin bed for a 3rd person.
$150 one night; $140 each night with minimum 2 night stay.

The Racing Room with color coordinated racing silks as well as a view
of the animal sanctuary.  This room is furnished with an extremely
comfortable plush memory foam king sized bed and private bath.

The Rodeo Room features local artists in its
carefully selected decor.  This room is furnished
with an extremely comfortable plush memory
foam king sized bed and private bath.

The Cavalry Room, dedicated to Ft. Huachuca's
"B-Troop" commemorates the history of the U.S.
Army's participation in the Indian Wars in the
Southwest. Established at nearby Fort Huachuca,
Arizona on July 4, 1973, B Troop dresses in
authentic uniforms of the U.S. Army in the 1880s.
The group participates in military ceremonies,
parades, and mounted cavalry demonstrations
across Arizona and the nation.  Whisper's
Sanctuary is a retirement home for these Army
horses.
This room features two plush twin-size beds and
to give an authentic sense of "sleeping under the
stars" like a true Cavalry soldier.  Decor includes
antique gas-style lamps, a McClelland saddle,
canteens, comfy Turkish robes and other
necessities, and the B-Troop flag.

Whisper's Ranch B & B is a hidden treasure!

We work very hard to make the B & B a comfortable place for

Reservations require agreement through our Confirm page on
this website.  We want you to be comfortable staying with us,
and to fully enjoy your B & B experience.
The Native American room is furnished with a king-sized
pillow top bed, and is handicapped friendly.
$90 with shared bath; $110 with private bath for one night
stay.  Two night stay is $100/night with private bath.

                      Policies
Our policies are in place for the comfort and safety of all guests.  A reservation made indicates that you agree to follow these policies.  

SMOKING: This is a nonsmoking facility.  Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property, including inside and outside.  
Guests who choose to smoke inside the house will be assessed a minimum $250 cleaning fee for each room that smells of smoke.  This is for the
comfort of guests who have allergies, as well as the safety of the National Forest.  Individuals who start a fire in the National Forest are
responsible for the cost of extinguishing the fire.

CHECK-IN: between 6-7pm, check-out 11am.  If you are planning to arrive or depart at other times, please notify us in advance.  As a courtesy
to your innkeepers , please plan your travels to arrive at our location no later than 9pm.  Guests who arrive significantly outside of the
pre-arranged check-in time may not be able to immediately access their rooms. "No-shows" and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

PETS: For the comfort of all guests, please do not bring pets.

CHILDREN: Children over age 12 are welcome with parental supervision.  Younger children permitted only if the whole house is rented.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay at the time of
placing your reservation.  Cancellations made 14 days in advance of your check-in date will receive a
refund.  Cancellations less than 14 days in advance of your check-in date or "no-shows" are not
refundable, and gift certificates are not issued.  We are a small B & B.  Every reservation made means we
turn away other interested guests.  Attempts to circumvent our policies by filing a "chargeback" with your credit card company will
result in an additional $200 billed to your credit card to cover our time in disputing these actions.

RESERVATION LENGTH: We currently have a two-night minimum stay on holiday and special event weekends.  
Regardless of late check-in or early departure, guest is responsible for payment for all reserved dates.

KITCHEN USE: There are no kitchen facilities for guest use. There is a refrigerator/freezer and hot/cold water for guest use.

"WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL" refers to payment of one flat rate.  Whether one bedroom or all five are used, a rental of the whole house is just
that, except for kitchen facilities.  Maximum capacity, 11 guests.  Whole house rental does NOT include kitchen.

Please note: Damage to house and contents and/or theft will result in full repair/placement cost assessed to guest, including legal fees if
necessary.   If you like decorations, bathrobes, or other household items, please inquire regarding purchase of these items in our gift shop.  If
guest decides to take items from the house, guest will be charged for items removed.  An inventory of room contents is available in each
bedroom.  We run an honest and ethical business.  We strive to offer guests a great place to stay with great rates.  Please be respectful of our
home and policies, and be considerate of other guests.

Rates listed are per night for a minimum two night stay.  Additional fees may be assessed for a one night stay.  Rates and policies are subject to
change without notice.
