Policies and Reservation Confirmation
Our policies are in place for the comfort of all guests. A reservation made indicates you agree to abide by our policies.
Declining this agreement cancels your reservation.
A. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the house. There is a cleaning fee of $250 per room that smells of tobacco smoke.
B. Check-in between 6-8pm, check-out 11am. Please make arrangements no later than 24 hrs in advance if you will need to
check in at a different time. Please plan your travels to check in prior to 9pm. "No-shows" and late cancellations receive no
refunds. Please give the courtesy of a telephone call if you choose not to show up, as someone is waiting for you.
C. Children over 12 welcome. Younger children permitted when whole house is rented. All children are to be directly
supervised by parents, and establishment is not liable for injury to your child due to lack of parental supervision.
D. Cancellation Policy: the full amount of your stay, including tax, is charged to your credit card at time of reservation.
Cancellations made at least 21 days in advance of check-in date are issued a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee per room
reserved. Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance and no-shows are not refunded. Documented emergencies can
be brought to the attention of Management. Attempts to circumvent our policies by filing a "chargeback" via your credit
card company will incur an additional $200 fee charged to your credit card to cover our time in handling these disputes.
E. Reservation Length: Current minimum stay is two nights. On occasion, if we have availability, we do permit one-night
stays. Additional charges may apply for one-night stays. Regardless of late check-in or early departure, guests are
responsible for payment of entire stay.
F. Guests are not permitted use of kitchen. Refrigerator/freezer and hot/cold water are available for guest use.
G. Whole house rental does not include kitchen use by guests.
H. Damage/theft to property and household contents will be billed to party causing incident. Our legal fees, if necessary,
will also be the responsibility of the guest who caused the damage or theft.
I. We do not live at the B & B. If you would like to access your room in the most efficient manner, please CALL FROM
SONOITA prior to arrival to alert us that you are on your way. We are not responsible for time you may have to wait if you
fail to call. Simply showing up at the B & B may not guarantee access to your room.
J. Reservations made and clicking "I agree" to these policies indicates guests' agreement.
